Thanks to the administrator's gift of $12, I purchased two USAs, one dead, and got a refund. But on the other card, I just bound the card to pre-authorize $0 without any consumption. It told me that the authorization failed. When I applied to check for a refund, I was prompted that the card was valid and the refund was refused. This is my experience.I think Jerry could consider upgrading the checking method.
