I know the shops where I get most of my cards right now has a system where you can sort the search/filters based on sellers and there is also a rating list of sellers where you can see how many percent of each sellers cards that have been bought and what % have been refunded. Only cards with refund option are included of course as "non refund" cards would fuck up the statistics.
This should be mandatory for all shops and it is the only way if carding is not going to die eventually completely.
