I m not pointing towards ccs being resold
I m saying you guys are checking card before as soon as customer buys it,
Which kills the card,
Now the card was live, u checked it on your own, then it got dead, now customer asked for refund, u displayed previous checked result and said card is live...
If u claim that you guys are not checking cards beforehand...then explain how come earlier it used to take atleast 20-30 seconds for checking, and now the result is shown under 2-3 seconds....
In today's time banks are fighting to prevent unauthorised txn, and when a card (especially visa) is put through an checker, it gets code 41, 59, 07
And this is true for most of the bins of USA/JAPAN
In the whole process, the buyer suffers, who paid for the card, and the card he got is checked already and it got killed in the process.
But when we apply for refund, you display the previously checked result....
