Hi, I'm trying to contact support2 on jabber for over a month without success.
I'm trying to reset my account password and i submit for a password reset using the website template without success,
So i contact the support from the same jabber that my username registered with and he told to open a ticket and then he doesn't answer anymore.
I hope to solve this issue thanks
