Stupid support!
Request 2 dead cards, and they refunded only 1 card. Creat new ticket for dead one and they said no refund because after 5 minutes. So stupid support now!
I did not use Vclub for months, but now all of stores are trashes, Yale scam, Brian trash and high price... I can't find any good store right now, so I'm trying again with Vclub, but they are not fix their support from few months ago, so stupid!
