Yes I have the same also and my refund rate is around 30% so there is no reason to do it because of high refund rate.
I give them 4 dead cards in ticket and no refund. Ticket just closed. They do not respond to tickets you send them. Site is getting worst by the minute.
The problem is that all sites are shit so they can continue abuse their customers because lack of alternatives. Let's pray for a new actor that takes all their customers.
