also their checker is horrible and their support is trash... most of the time takes 12-24hrs to answer tickets. The checker they use is complete trash, it will play you out of your money. 3 out of 5 times using checker the checker will experience an ERROR and not give you your refund, it will show message "NULL NULL NULL" or "UNDEFINED" and you have to write a ticket to support and wait for their slow reply. they will deny you and say some bullshit like " no refund after 5 min or no refund for too late or approved cards" which is complete bullshit because i check my cards within a min when they decline on square or easy food orders... sometimes they will give you your money back after 24hrs because of the checker error but its rare. yesterday i purchased 5 refundable cards and the checker only refunded me for 2 of them and experienced errors on 3 cards. i contacted support they denied me at first, i had to rewrite my ticket and they refunded me only for 1 card... ripped me for the 2 other cards. and dont even get me started how many dead cards they sell with no refund smh I miss Poison back in 2020,2021 even poison in 2022 was better than vclub. They definitely need new ownership because their Valid rate is way too low...
