if you are truly an admin of your own site why do you find it so hard to reset a loyal customers account after providing top up address and a username . what makes it too hard for you to help a customer if you are truly an admin of your own site. i have been contacting jabber and pm you but still same thing . are you here to help or what. i want to work and its been weeks now.. why admin . i tired and think you are joking with you customers
