Support has not been responding or help on my account that was suddenly invalid after i have reloaded with my initial balance 3days registering on your store,your support response 6days ago was wait and my account has been transferred to tech department, i have been on this account validation request 10days now..support have gone dumb and never respond again. you have not been interfering in resolving your customers complain,your only response is CONTACT SUPPORT , meanwhile support is not effective in giving solution.is this on purpose or intentional?
