Everytime you send multiple cards to support for refund all except 1 gets status "pending" and support just writes in reply "refunded". But when you check your order history all those cards that has status "pending" are actually not refunded. This is something I have discovered recently and I have realized that I have lost a lot of money for this.
Will you fix this? Should we really have to check that the cards have actually been refunded manually every time? I would have preferred if you could trust in support when he writes that the cards has been refunded.
