bro checker varies,... also u have to know the base u buying from ... don't follow price for a base and you should know CC's are not always on silver plat ... u might loss 2-5 ccs which maybe comes with low balance but yet you can get another same bin from maybe hot update or lesser base and it will work like fire and make up all ur loss .
