I used Valid, Joker... no one guarantee balance. But when I buy 10 card from newest base, I can use at least 5 card to pass 150$.
In this shop, 1/10.I think They has sold in many places, that why card live but dont have balance.

I know that better then me. But i have to say it. Balance of card depends on the card level, region, card holder activity and many other things. Noone cc shop has balance checker you should understand it.
