I didn’t see a section to submit a ticket. I presumed I couldn’t write a ticket before the cards I bought were non refundable. I didn’t buy 4 cards at once either, I bought one after the other, Ofc it’s normal to have one or two dead’s so I didn’t think much of it. I’ve deposited another 70$ to try again. So we’ll see. I’m not a hater and I give second chances I never asked for balance back either
