bought 3/4 cards 3 were valid! But guess what they were "The purchase you are attempting requires additional verification." Other site with the same BINs are just fine.
On the site the cards are valid as it comes back with code 00. But if you try to buy stuff its card decline. Fresh cards aren't liek this if it wasn't used by someone else already.
