Yes I agree friend, icq full of scammers, but hey believe me I once met a guy from Nigeria on icq, dude didnt even know something like jabber was out there... I thought I first had the guy is a complete scammer as icq full of them.. But believe and probably some of u will remember from alphabay how we were looking for new Zealand prepaid cards that could be bought over the counter at post office, and boy did he had a fire fire method, loading prepaid of 4$ with 5k daily...hit 5k clock like every 24hours until card died after 4-9days... So we should never judge the books by its covers. These icq dudes might just surprise u..
