He just need to add refund to more bases as i even bought a few non refundable and had no good results with a USA besides that i have good valid rate when it comes to the usa like May#12_USA_(GINIUS)_[Sniffed/FirstHand/HaveIP] ( ref 5 min / SALES! ) and May#11_USA_(BIBABOX)_[Backup/FirstHand] ( 5 min ref ) where fire when they first were uploaded he just need more bases with ref.
