NL2 was got new OpenVPN configs of its incoming chains. Configs of the chains double-rsa-us2-nl2 and double-ecc-us2-nl2 have not changed. And GB1 have got new IP.
Update the OpenVPN configs if you downloaded it before November 10. SoftEther configs of NL2 and GB1 are not necessary to update.

Обновите OpenVPN-конфиги если вы качали их раньше 10 ноября. SoftEther-конфиги обновлять нет необходимости.
