Whenever Tedo gives negatives, Dan Kolov also did immediately and even almost a minutes after each other which means both account are same person and maybe he has more accounts and to be on safer side, ask for escrow before dealing with him.
If you look at these screenshot, you will realised both accounts were been control by one person because they give negative at almost same time to whoever they don't like. These picture are from two different occasions of giving someone negative. Beware guyz.
