I told him to finish the transaction and send only 100 on paypal, he didn't wanted, he told me to give him my wallet adress for refund, i gave him the adress and then he said i'm stupid, no refunds here. Well, in this case, mister "i suck for $20" i'll post you on every forum i find, so no future clients would be ripped.
