registred normally , recharged my account , and i was looking for Specify germany RDP and not random germany RDP
i buyed first one was dead and he refunded my account , i tried second one and was dead too and i asked for refund but he didn't refund my money and gave me random RDP that i dont want and i will not use even i didnt ask for replace . when i whrited what happend on forum he said i say fake feed back and he blocked my account with balance inside .
in his shop rules nothing talk about he forced replace but only refund .
this is ripping money .
i have every thing and screenshot for rules and every thing
You are here to be rich with our money and u have to respect all members .
u arrived yesterday and u will not make whatever u want .
so i am asking Admins or to put him in ripper list or he refund me entire balance on shop or reopen my account with full balance

Arubas, send to user remaining balance from his account if you banned him on your shop.

We can't send him the funds we never refund to bitcoin this is not possible he broke the rules he said that we didnt send the RDP we did send to him we are very honest store but not to accuse us for scamming which is not true.
We have replaced him with the RDP we will never refund/replace anymore he will never receive other balance left like 10-15$ i am not sure we have provided him a replacment we do not refund it he bought RDP Germany , we send him RDP Germany you can go to our thread and see that we have send him RDP Germany i can't do anything this is same rules for all customers and not even one has been reported us since 2017 operating.
If you do not trust we can provide video proof that we have send to him Replacment we do not refund it he must understand this.

You bought Germany RDP, we have replaced you Germany RDP.
This is our Rules
We wont give you refund for something that all customers follow our instructions
We wont give you anymore replacment and we do not accept you as a buyer to us anymore
And personaly me i wont unban you because "YOU ACCUSE US FOR SOMETHING THAT WE NEVER DO IT" THAT'S WHY YOU GOT BANNED because i hate people who accuse with false informations hope you understand this.

4 there are no rules to say that i am obligated to replace

can u understand this or not ? and for torrenzo i am not crying for $15 and this is the shop rules and he have to belive me because Arubas said all the story so do not pimp without reason

there is a rule that say that u have to replace dead stuff for me ?? so u dont have to waste my time and refund my account . u say u replaced with random rdp germany and i don't need random and i didn't ask for random .

and for me its a random replace because i dont need only rdp germany i need germany with TLEKOM AG ... i think i'am free to choose what i want . every one have his preference and needs to work . for me rdp germany that is not TELEKOM AG is not important at all i will put it in the rubbish and the more important thing that i didn't ask for replace i asked to refund balance on my account . its my right . i have screen shot of rules of you shop and nothing say that u obligate clients to be replaced

Again when we have RDP in stock we always refund with same country even if u ask for refund or replace... if seller doesn't have in stock we automaticly refunded
You accused us for scam/report we wont give you any money back just forget it.
