Hi. I guess your browser is using some blocking scripts. Change your browser and refresh page because as i can see everything works correct in last versions browsers.

I have last version of Google Chrome . But still dont have buyed cards on History. I have topped up balance of 100$ = received 83$ = where is 17$???? this is first question.

Why was money charged from my account, but there is nothing in my purchase history? Why don’t you write on the balance replenishment page that you are taking 17% of the deposit amount?
I don't have any additional browser extensions, this is a clean version. Why are you lying about scripts?

1) We are not responsible about fluctuation course of any cryptocurrencies. Wanna fast top up - don't use regular comission for BTC;
2) There are no technical issues by using last version of Chrome, just tested.
We don't have moneyback by money, but i can send you cards in PM with extra discount which is covered by ur deposit. Moneyback to LTC couldn't be done because we can't make sure about if cards had been taken from different browser.
