there is a payment issue in his sub stores where you deposit funds and for some unknown reason deposit adress vanishes from payment history and top up dont come and i dont know
where to complain as there is no support or ticket system in these stores .

he should check missing top up in this account but i have forgotten how much amount i had deposited 2 -3 times in past but current top up is working . it will be a fav if he sort issue with this account as well
