2) заходишь на https://cloud.google.com/compute/ (TRY IT FREE)
3) вводишь левые данные, берешь любую ненужную сс и регаешь
4) выбираешь нужную ОС и конфиг (штат и часовой пояс)
5) юзаешь на здоровье.
