Guys, just curious, why you still using ICQ? As for me, there's zero reason to use that bloatware with zero encryption and knowledge, that any connection or conversation logs will be freely acccessible on-demand by any Russian authority or, by request, by any collaborating international law enforcement agency, just like with any product of this company - VK or Mail.RU?
If you are fine with exposing of your phone number - why not to use Telegram? Or, if you dont like to expose your phone - why not to use any well audited encrypted messenger like Wickr, or even serverless end-to-end encrypted messengers like Jami, where your credentials stored only on your PC or phone?
As for me, I feel myself very uncomfortable to contact anyone by ICQ and prefer not to do so.

+1 Never send data to anyone without encryption, even telegram. Ask your self, would these people (IQC, telegram, etc.) go to prison for me? PGP encrypted anonymous email with no connection to phone number is best.

Ha! Don't count on it. VPN by itself is not enough and certainly not on phone. Amazing how much insecure business goes on in these forums. If u r small time buyer maybe no problem but LE can still use buyer to get to seller. If u r seller and not using tor over vpn with pgp encryption ur an easy target for LE. On most DNM u can't even sign up as seller without using tor and pgp.

Tor over logless non-14 eyes vpn with pgp encryption for communication is simplest for being here. More complex is tails, vps, rdp, vm, etc.
For carding, antidetect, fraudfox or sphere over clean socks5 over logless vpn is okay.
