Telegram is one of the most popular messaging apps, however there are some complaints about it and some users prefer to opt for other options, for example end-to-end encryption is not automatically used on messages sent on Telegram and this means that it is not as secure as privacy-focused messaging platforms such as Signal, which does offer it on all communications.

Quite an old post, but I'll leave some valuable information here since I need to gather 5 public posts to activate my account anyways.
If you plan on creating anything actually serious - use Telegram purely for hiring / networking (finding people via different private groups) / information gathering purposes.
Your business shouldn't be built on that platform. At the end of the day, the platform is centralized. You want nothing to do with that. Doesn't matter what encryption people are yapping about.
If you're serious about your business, then find serious resources.
