i have some POS in stores around where i live which are connected to the LAN.
i am looking for a POS like ChewBacca or BlackPoS or PinkKite or else ,
that are able to exploit and infect the POS via LAN.
some of the POS that connected have 445 open.
445/tcp open microsoft-ds Windows Embedded Standard 7601 Service Pack 1
which shows that the POS is indeed a Windows Embedded .
eternalblue worked on these but did not fully exploit the machine so no revese shell was done. (sadly)
i dont have all the openports and what not.
i just need the ways to infects those POS via lan. (and learn along the way ofc)

you need a sniffer or something , JackPOS its a ram scraper .. like many other malware , i have GlitchPOS , but is same , ram scraper

If this is a wireless network that you've already cracked then you don't need a shell at all,just sniff the network traffic to capture tracks and dump to a file. And don't look suspicious while in the area carrying out the attack,stay as far away as possible to stay connected(range/Beam antenna). If SSL is a issue look into the tool SSLstripe it can be found on github.
