im trying to find out which is a good software that can clean and erase my data history of outgoing files i did or downloaded ect? is it best to just whipe the whole system and create it again?/

hey man the latest forensic tool can restore history from HDD easily even after formatting, so the best way to use encryption in general.
IF you use any cleaning tools, check that you clean up your PC several times.

PGP. Is unbreakable. Nothing else even close for encryption.
