U can by from Russian they have good skimmer for gas station,also is a legit skmm.vendor here in club.

First of all you need to be specific of the target pump, also if it's an internal operation you want to achieve or the run of the mill cnc machined bezel and pad or camera overlay.
I can show you ways of making such devices no worries the best and only way to achieve success is if you want to make an overlay of lets say an esso bezel you can try your luck and buy for a few bucks on deep web markets even clear net forums but the best way to attack any project is get the (oem) original bezel scanned and then designed to be an exact overlay anything else you run the risk of bad fitting and go to jail bezels/cam panlels.
Also best to buy a ral chart colour guide to match the exact ral code or pantone code so no mistakes there.
if you have to employ a freelancer to design your electronics to skim data from pump reader you need a U1 micro chip controller maybe PIC OR ATMEGA plus an (RTC) Real time clock to time stamp swipes also you need an eeprom to store the skimmed data.
