tried @ atm and showed me available balance, then when tried to withdraw receipt said illegal transaction
what are the best ways to do this
check balance and go to stores?
or avoid atm?

Those datas will work on POS machines, Try on Pos machines, you will get 50 to 70 of the balance on the card

Lol..doesnt work like that dudes. Ask any real cashier. Region block remain region block...whether atm or pos. Once u get code 63 it wont work on pos either of same country

Who knows where I can get d+p I have three bins that let you withdraw from atms because there banks are not strict on fraud protection

its always best to get your own,i know alot of people think you need a skimmer etc but all you need is a but of creativity and you can get your own d and p without skimmer on atm etc
