We know many shops are selling dumps with pin (not sure if they're valid), but big sellers and shop owners offer this product for a long time.
I don't think they are just selling invalid data for their customers.
The question is: how people are getting dumps and pins from overseas countries? Looks like they have some ram scrapper or malware that is capable to get the PIN too? Shops offer D+P bases from all over the world.
Anybody know the answer?
