Hi. Is there any new software to use for EMV? thanks

Hi i found a guy(wont tell which one to avoid stupid comments about promoting) and gave him mine track 2 and ask him to clone it on his java card and show me video on card peek to see my track.My question is if its enough proove that software works? because in southeast asia we still cashout using blank java cards and wrote only on magnetic stripe so i thought if the atm read even some information from emv is going to be enough

nothing will work . You can not write on EMV chip .You can write T1 T2 but its not enough .
