then i just want to purache the item.
I mean if the funds will be realised on seller account then seller will be confident and will ship the item out.
as im not experinced with paypal but im confident it will work if the funds will reach the seller account.
anyone have idea if the paypal will be good to use for this?

if there is no chargeback after 3 days of purchase then item might get shipped but am so positive paypal will charge before the item get shipped by seller

You need to learn how to do so ur self, everyone who is experienced with paypal does their own thing, by this time people have their stuff worked out
