There have been recent scams and the same exact bins , where people are faking they load credit cards using refund pos, they then ask for the 16 digit number, expiration and cvv2..but instead of loading the card, they end up charging and using the cards

Your statement is quite contradictory, first you claim you don't credit card but then say you need the 16 digit number + the expiry month and year...for some payment methods that's the only thing you need to charge the person's card and yes I have similar posts with same exact bins here
