Hello brothers, I am credit card drop in Bosnia and Herzegovina but refund doesn't work!!! Some guys tried but without success.
So if you have a method to load a card without refund method, you are welcome and send me yours contact to PM so we can work, there is no limits just to say.

Refunds work , it's just that the merchant the loader used might not support Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Some merchants support more countries and banks , while some don't
