There are USA bins I can check validity with just the 16 digit number ( no need for expiry .....and not checked through a checker but through the bank so no authorization or charge that can kill it
And if original track 1 is available and SSN can be found on lookup, I can even enroll them so you know available credit, current balance and transaction history

There are USA bins, may be few hundreds. Its world mix, most UK and france.
Rate please, i can send you in the following format
cardnumber=YYMM
no need for ssn or other details. JUST find out if valid or dud.
These are what i ran through and at that time almost 20-30% had insuff funds.
