Install CCLEANER on RDP & Clear cookies with the CCLENER TOOL..Make sure you close your browser b4 you clear cookies.
RDP CITY must match BILLING CITY (or state but city is best )
If Rdp does not match state or city...Input same city / state socks 5 into the browser of the RDP ( SOCKS 5 MUST BE PRIVATE )
If the BILLING CITY is not the same as the RDP CITY / SOCKS 5 CITY..Then the distance between the Billing city and RDP/Socks 5 city , must not be greater than 30 miles
check the distance between two cities using their respective zip codes @ Distance calculator.
If Rdp/socks city distance is the same as BILLING CITY or it is not more than 30 miles from BILLING city..Procced with the egift carding
If not change RDP/sock5 on the RDp..Till it satisfies the above rule
