How do you usually do your carding operations? Do you connect to the internet using a dongle? Would you recommend a newbie like me to card using an internet dongle?

if you use right OPSEC you can card using dongle too

Setup that I want to use is buy a used lap top for cash and format it, install Linux OS on host machine and install Live Linux OS in a USB stick non persistent. Get a burner phone with a prepaid SIM and install a VPN (NordVPN). Run the laptop with the Live OS and use the burner's phone internet connection (or a dongle) install RDP matching the CHs location and card my own fake store.
