I will be living with my girlfriend in Central America for the next 12 months. Do you guys think that US LE would start investigating someone that lives in Central America (Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama) based on a carding setup that makes USD 30k a month? How safe are those 4 for countries for a carder? Is it true that US LE won’t care about a fraud case that makes less than a million bucks a month? |

Hey it all depends on your volumes. As long as you utilize basic anonymity stuff like using at least VPN+SOCKS, aren't sending anything on your real name/address or using accounts verified w/your own documents to cash anything out, well you're good to go. Unless you're very unlucky no one will bother. Most people who get caught are botnet owners/developers, those who hacked and stole huge databases etc. That's all speculation you don't know for sure before the cops get you and after it happens, well you don't go back to the forum to tell your story most of the time. So always have your safety as #1 priority. And never tell the gf or anyone else about your affairs most people get busted exactly that way lol. Kepp low profile with your online 'partners' as well. </br></br> |
