Anyone know a good alternative to smtps for spam that isn't expensive or a third party provider like Twilio and willing to share? Verizon is shutting down their gateway and will be losing a lot of leads...

I thought it was possible to extract SMTP from Cpanel logs. But I encountered a problem that every Cpanel has SMTP confidiciality settings - DMARK, SPF, DKIM and they don't allow to send emails even after I have successfully extracted them.
