Just look up foreclosed homes and wait outside for it the day it's going to be delivered. Or put an ad on freelancer, say you're a startup shipping company and have the stuff shipped to the worker and pay him through bank drop or don't pay him at all (I prefer not to steal from common folk). Or if you have connects to drug dealers use a trap house. As for carding items to your house that's the worst OPSEC you can have, they might let a couple items slide but after a considerable amount of items it will trigger an investigation. To be honest though carding items on a large scale is a pain and not the most lucrative.
