He photoshops the "evidence", then expects you to pay him in advance. He then disappears with your money. Anyone who refuses escrow or multisignature wallet, is a scammer. Plain and simple. There are very few exceptions to that rule.
If someone here on the forum is verified, with some good reviews. I would take the chance, but not an unverified freelancer who refuses escrow. No way Jose.
