It's not meant for Cashout but you can use it for purchases then get kickbacks (fund) from the purchase stores or individuals. That's the only way mate

I've been cashing pp instant in uk and have proof of 5/6k i cashed instant several times, but i have never come across that, a pp with a high balance but you can only transfer €5 i guarantee you i would get a lot more than €5 out, many people say pp is crap, but you just need to know how pp works.
