How do I get my Amex to approve? Do it need a track one ? What else am I forgetting. Is there a place I can go to get strictly NFC bins that approve for good amounts, just looking for some answers to make more money, serious help only, not to new to this but still learning.

In EU i saw people pay 200-300 euro with NFC in shops/stores ,so i think that EU cards can go for higher limits then USA.
