Virtual Address can be a another word of Drop shipping or Reshipping. There are many many companies online that you can create a shipping address to be used as your drop to receive all your carded items if you don't live in the country you are making the purchase. Simply put those companies will get your own personal address you created with them online. Google for most their reviews and get the reliable ones but I personally don't recommend using Virtual drops due to recent arrest by FBI serving as virtual drops.
Virtual address can also mean VPN or sock or RDP or any kind of change to your main source of contact or origin.Instead of using your own IP to card use vpn or RDP etc. I hope this will help.

Thanks for the info, do you recommend any companies to set up a shipping drop. I’m not carding by the way, I’m trying drop something else.

Established retailers are well aware of all the addresses belonging to street PO Boxes and re-shippers. It is also very easy to discern, because attached to the physical address is a ID# that reflects the recipient. For example, your address would be 152 Hello st #16526 (or something similar.)
