What the qoustion put logic in every 1 person from 10k got more then 100$ balance on they cards ) if u want hit india bins u will need 30 years job to save 20 k)

India has a lot of mega rich ppl but also obviusly LOTS of poor too so that makes sense. Is it only this reason or others why the India bins are cheap?

maybe they are easy to fool or bypassing Indian bank security is easy.

you're probably right. also the banks there maybe don't have such a long experience of CCs like in the US and Europe so weaker fraud detection.
