I read on another forum there is an app sold somewhere on the darkweb that can spoof a selfie photo. I don't know where and the OP never replied to my questioning

Make a scan of an ID using the picture of a drug addict and print it on a pvc inkjet card or on glossy paper, cut it to size and paste it on any plastic card. Have the drug addict take a selfie with it and whatever note the website also asks for.
