I have some questions about using POS. If I were a store owner, could I swipe card directly from dump code 201 without chip card ? Although I have POS machine, must I use chip card ?
When people who don't have POS use card as payment method, must they use chip card that is written by emv software ?
It is said that after doing 3 times error chip card, POS require magnetic card, then we can swipe magnetic card. Which people can do like that : people having POS or people buying instore ?

Chip have built in failsafe to revert to mag strip if chip reading fails.
So if you have pos and you happen to swipe chip card, the machine will read the service code and tell you to insert chip side. in that case you can burn the chip and then insert the chipsdie, since chip is burned, machine will not be able to read the chip and then ask you to swipe the card instead.
peace
