hey quick question i had a dump and pin and it was live and i was able to get the balance then able to withdraw 200 but not no more any reason why ? my dumbs sent the day trying other arms till the bank blocked the card i should of used it in store with pin after word

where did u get the dump from and u should have did cash back

Might be because of the region where youre cashing it out and the region of the card. For example in Dominican Republic ATM's only gave out 200 also from cards from a foreign region(at least the region of our cards).

Could be the ATM you are using also, some ATMs have set limit

If its a foreign card, try switching the local banks atm. cause if limit is with local banking system, then no harm in trying different bank to bypass the check.

hello inferno, new to carding from dominican republic, I have diebold skimmer with camara, and I want to work, but I dont know how to check balance in atm here in my country, could you please help

You can only check the balance of the card in the native ATM to the card, for examble of you have a TD Bank card you can only check the balance in a TD Bank ATM(maybe somethin changed in the recent years but thats how it was before)
