thanks for your answer,i m check it and i see premium number start with 0800 or 0900/anyone know if we can redirect a call from normal number to premium number.so caller when call to call on normal vodafone or other world phone network and to be charged like premium call??

My guess is it would be highly unlikely since it's such an old-fashioned scam. I think your realistic path is to card VOIP providers and make the calls from there.
