Hello... I have a question with dumps.... What are the probabilities of a card asking for a pin and what are the probabilities of a region block? |
i have the same question try using a dump and had to enter pin. used an eu dump |
Service Code 101 mean (1) International interchange (o) Normal use (1) without restrictions so a 101 dump can be used in any country for goods/services payments without restrictions. 201 - (2) International interchange with IC or chip (o) normal use (1) without restrictions so 201 dump can be use in any country for goods and services payments without restrictions BUT CHIP VERIFICATION MUST BE DONE

|
this i understand thats why i dont get why i still had to enter pin. could you clearify this? is it because of the bin or chip country?? cause i dont get it |

learn to walk and fall before you run.. That's how all of us got here. No shortcuts. You have to spend some money on tution. Buy bins try, fail, and try again. Its each carders battle figure on your own. and let the phoenix rise. feel me. Peace |
