Hello... I have a question with dumps.... What are the probabilities of a card asking for a pin and what are the probabilities of a region block?

Service Code 101 mean (1) International interchange (o) Normal use (1) without restrictions so a 101 dump can be used in any country for goods/services payments without restrictions.
201 - (2) International interchange with IC or chip (o) normal use (1) without restrictions so 201 dump can be use in any country for goods and services payments without restrictions BUT CHIP VERIFICATION MUST BE DONE

Thanks for response bro... if the card is international does not mean that it has no region blocking ... That's my question ... Do you have experience with dumps? ... If so, have you had experience with region locks?

The card you used was credit or debit?

learn to walk and fall before you run.. That's how all of us got here. No shortcuts. You have to spend some money on tution.
Buy bins try, fail, and try again.
